Learning to Deal.

Image

In my past,

when I’d had days like this,

the anger would

spill over from the situation that angered me

onto

the rest of my day.

That was before I learned to Deal.

I have grown and I realize it. I don’t have to wallow in my old bullshit.

Because we all know that what comes out

hot

will

eventually

get

cold.

AND

a little bit of temperance does a lot for the soul.

AND

What goes up must come down. So I twist my lips into the curves of a clown.

AND

The catalyst that changes knowledge into wisdom

is experience.

So I wanna be like Jimi and invite myself to learn to tame my angry flames

no matter how hot they burn.

Learning to Deal is almost like Learning to Fly…

and I

plan to

Fly

High.
